Approval Process

To ensure smooth cooperation and brand protection, every wholesale partner completes a simple approval process. This process is designed to make sure all documents are in place and you receive full compliance support for Amazon and other platforms.

Step 1 – Wholesale Application
Fill out and submit the wholesale application form on our official website or by email (wholesale@rescue-detox.com).

Step 2 – Document Submission
Provide the following documents with your application:

• LLC or Company Registration Certificate

• EIN (Employer Identification Number)

• Reseller Certificate (Sales Tax Permit)

• Business Email & Website

• Amazon Store Name (if applicable)

• Business Phone Number

Step 3 – Review & Verification
Our team reviews your documents within 1 business day. If everything is correct, your wholesale account will be approved immediately.

Step 4 – Proforma Invoice
We issue a Proforma Invoice based on your first wholesale order request. This invoice includes product details, MOQ/MAP compliance, and payment terms.

Step 5 – Advance Payment
You confirm your order by sending the required advance payment (as per policy) through Wise or Bank Transfer.

Step 6 – Compliance Documents
Within 1 business day of payment, we provide you with:

• Wholesale Invoice

• Letter of Authorization (LOA)

• Brand Registry Confirmation (for Amazon)

Step 7 – Shipment Preparation
Your products are prepared for shipment with free Amazon FBA labeling and packaging.

Step 8 – Delivery
Shipment is sent directly to your U.S. business address or Amazon FBA fulfillment center. Tracking details and packing list are shared immediately.

This simple process ensures that every partner has full authorization, compliance, and support from the very first order.
