  • If a return is needed, the buyer must notify our wholesale team within 14 business days of receiving the shipment. Timely communication ensures faster resolution.

  • Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are opened, used, or altered cannot be accepted for return.

  • Rescue Detox does not accept returns for unsold inventory, overstock, or slow-moving products. This policy helps protect wholesale pricing and ensures fair practices for all partners.

  • In the event of a brand error (such as wrong product shipped or confirmed damage in transit), Rescue Detox will take full responsibility for shipping costs.

  • In cases where the buyer requests a return for reasons unrelated to brand error, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Once the returned goods are received, our team carefully inspects the products to confirm their condition and eligibility for refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of inspection. Refunds are issued only through the original payment method (Bank Transfer or Wise).

  • Refund amounts cover the product cost. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused directly by the brand.

  • Rescue Detox believes in flexibility, so in some cases, store credit or exchange options may be offered to make the process easier for our wholesale partners.

  • To request a return, buyers should always contact our wholesale support team first at wholesale@rescue-detox.com with order details, invoice number, and pictures of the issue (if applicable).
