• All wholesale orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) to keep payments straightforward and consistent.

• The standard payment structure is 50% advance at the time of order confirmation and 50% balance after the shipment is prepared, documents are issued, and the order is ready for delivery.

• This approach ensures that your order is secured, processed without delay, and handled with priority in our warehouse.

• For orders above US $13,000, partners may also qualify for extended benefits such as higher Buy Box share rotation and priority compliance support.

• In some cases, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be arranged after the balance invoice is cleared and shipment is dispatched. This option is offered to strengthen trust and support long-term partners.

• For smaller wholesale orders under US $5,000, full advance payment is required. This helps streamline processing and ensures faster release of documents.

• Accepted payment methods include:

  • Wise (formerly TransferWise) – for fast and cost-effective international transfers

  • Bank Wire Transfer – for secure domestic and international transfers

• At this time, we do not accept PayPal, credit card, or third-party payment systems for wholesale orders.

• Rescue Detox does not add any additional taxes to wholesale transactions. However, buyers are responsible for any import duties, local sales taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

• Payment confirmations should always be shared with our wholesale team by email (wholesale@rescue-detox.com) immediately after transfer.

• Orders only proceed to shipment and compliance stages after our finance team has verified the payment.

• Payment verification is normally completed within a few hours during business days, ensuring that your order moves forward without unnecessary delays.

• Invoices are clear, detailed, and issued promptly so that you can maintain accurate records for your accounting and compliance needs.

• Our goal is to keep the payment process reliable and stress-free, giving you confidence that your investment is protected.
